Our rankings are set by public Google ratings and review counts. Paying never changes a ranking; a paid placement is always a separate box labelled “Sponsored”.
Looking for a dentist? Here are the practices Petersfield’s patients rate most.
We found 10 dental practices with a Petersfield-area postcode, across the town centre, Sheet, Steep, Buriton and Liss. For each one we pulled the live Google rating and review count, and the things customers mention most in their reviews. Every number is correct at the time of writing (5 October 2026).
How we ranked them: highest Google star rating first, with ties broken by number of reviews. Places with fewer than 20 reviews go after the rest, because a handful of five-star reviews isn’t a fair comparison with hundreds.

The verdict
The Lodge Private Dental Care is the highest-rated dentist around Petersfield (5.0 stars from 184 Google reviews). Sixty Six Dental is next (5.0 from 156). Lavant Dental has the most reviews of any dentist here (335, averaging 4.9 stars). 2 more have a rating as high or higher from fewer than 20 reviews, which is a thinner base, so we list them after the rest. We don’t say which practices are taking NHS patients, because that changes. Check the NHS “Find a dentist” service or ask the practice.

How we ranked them
1. Which places: every dentist on Google Maps with a Petersfield-area postcode (GU31, GU32 and GU33).
2. Order: Google star rating, highest first, with ties broken by review count. Places with fewer than 20 reviews are listed after the rest.
3. “Mentioned in X reviews”: these counts come from the review topics Google shows on each listing. We haven’t picked or edited them.
4. We don’t quote prices, because they change. Check with the business.
5. Nobody paid to be on this list, and nobody can pay to move up it.
